About This Work
This is a great carving in hard rock Maple wood with black walnut eagles/ yellow staining.
The piece is about 30" diameter, 1" thick Maple with a hand rubbed Tung Oil finish.
I use a yellow acrylic staining on the Eagle beaks with a steel horizontal bar across the back for easy wall mounting.
Each Eagle is carved separately, added on to the Maple background. The artist uses a torch to give the background a cloudy like appearance.
All work for indoor display only, signed and copyrighted.
This wall piece has previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, texture, grain, and personality of the original photo work.
Shipment is via UPS ground insured, within the U.S. mainland, lower 48 states.
