About This Work
The Seahorse community, hand carved in Tennessee Red Cedar, has a lot of movement and style. Richard Vest, California Wildlife artist, uses the deep red colored wood (Tennessee Red Cedar) because it is so striking.
The grouping is also carved in alder wood and red oak.
For the customer who has a sea themed home or just loves seahorses, a community like this is a great display and sure to receive compliments from visiting friends.
The smaller seahorse depicted in the photo measures approximately 5" x 13" in height while the larger pieces, 7" x 20". All pieces are for indoor display only.
All are signed and copyrighted by the artist. Additionally, a signed Authenticity Certificate accompanies the set of five.
These seahorses have previously sold, however when you order Richard will carve you a group with all the color, texture, grain, and personality of the original photo group.
Richard ships via UPS/USPS ground insured constructing a strong box assuring safe delivery to your home or office. Shipment is within the U.S. mainland, lower 48 states.
Sometimes for the seahorse carvings, the artist will ship via USPS.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for shipment to occur.
